Quaterly variable pay change during promotion

Currently I am C2 grade and 8.75% of CTC is quarterly variable pay.During C3A promotion,how much % will allocate to quarterly variable pay?

Then u are worried now. Corporate is delaying promotions at their end.

It depends. 10% to 15% of CTC at least. As of now promotions are on hold. Also, once you are C3A, you won't be getting 100% of QVA. QVA is dependent on WFO index and also the overall account performance. From the last couple of quarters, we are not getting full qva
