Quarterly variable pay not credited

Hi guys, in payslip i see Quarterly variable pay not credited, my WFO status for Q1 is 39%, is it because of that, I'm working in a development project since April 2025,WFO status for april(68%),and may, June(24%),

For my project there is a an exception to raise WFO request, I'm not sure in the initial days of project to raise WFO request as no one told me, .can I raise ticket for this now? Or is there any alternate resolution?

QVA will be credited in the salary of the next month for the previous quarter

Q - QVA Credit with salary of
Q1 - July Q2 - October
Q3 - January
Q4 - April

Wait for mid of October then see what's you wfo index for previous quater. That will give estimate of how much qva% you will get for this q2 (July - September) quater. Than you will get this amount in October salary.
TLDR - qva of precious quater is credited in 1st month of current quater.
