Quarterly variable pay: how much will we get if we promote C2 to C3A

Currently I am in C2 grade and I am getting QVA :22k, if I promote to C3A how much I will get in QVA anyone c3a please tell me I know it will be based on company performance. But just wanted to know how much we will get in hand at least. Currently I have 10lpa

Average increment from c2 to c3a is 15-18% . Consider 50% in variables. That will be divided in monthly and quarterly bonuses. So consider around 8-10k max increment in QVA.

How much % your current qva is? (Annual QVA/CTC *100)? Your revised qva would be the same % of your revised CTC.

Usually it is between 8-12% of your CTC
