Quarterly variable pay

Hi, I'm a C3B associate working with TCS for the last 3 years. Hardly once or twice I received full variable pay for the quarter. Now I'm getting around 40-50% only..

Is it same across all BU's and does anyone know the chances of this being restored?

Or we have to live with half variable pay only????

At least you getting nearly 50%
For us Q1- 35% Q2-30% Q3-20% Q4- hoping 10-15% with 2-3% hike 😝😝

Im not even getting half variable pay. Q1 -> 44% Q2 -> 40% Q3 -> 38% Q4 -> 😂
