There was a Pay Review call yesterday for all the grade A and B folks. In the call it was highlighted that, atleast for A and B grade employees, hikes would almost be on par with last year or slightly better. Of course many factors like ratings received, pay parity, BTO compliance etc will also affect one's hike.
