Quarterly Townhall session with CMI BG Head
TCS Quarterly Townhall session key important updates :
- Revised Compensation letters (upto C3B Grade) are expected to come by the end of this week and it will be matched as per the new Wage Code of India.
- The salary restructure will happen in a way so that In hand salary will not get reduced.
- Coming to Promotion Cycle, after the revised Compensation letter is released, there would be Promotion Cycle open, but no confirmation on the date as of now.
- Many of us are doing certifications and learning but while appearing for the internal interviews, projects are asking for Hands on Experience. In that perspective, we are told to participate in the AI Fridaysto get hands on experience in the AI Agentic Tool. By that we could be familiar with the hands-on skills.
