Hi, if we are on the bench for more than 3 months do we get a quarterly performance bonus in July?

Hi, I got a quarterly performance to pay Rs 27 682. But according to my offer it should be 55500 each quarter. I don't know why they deducted 50% my grade c3a can anyone help me here
