Quarterly pay cut off!
So I did not receive my quarterly pay because I have less than 50% attendance in TCS. And this is how revenue comes in place.
Company can survive without CEO, CHRO etc. perhaps they need to be fired so employees who do actual work can get normal pay
TCS is a worst company
This is done for showing the bottom-line growth. Who says tcs doesn't layoff. This QVA cut is equivalent to being paid off. Outcome is the same (bottom line growth) and in this way it is better in the sense they still have you in payroll. As the projects come and demand is created for talent they dont have to spend again in recruitment, training, etc.,
they are saying if you’re star performer in your project it doesn’t matter. they will check all the criteria like TCS performance, Project performance, WFO index, Deployment Index
