Quarterly bonus... Just hell in tcs.. Received 28% with 100% wfo.. For C3B

Yeah, the bonus system can be a bit unpredictable. It's frustrating, but hopefully things improve soon.

Received nothing for 100% WFO. I don't know how many other factors are defining the QVP payout.

Bhai it's Quaterly variable pay (QVP) which is part of your salary/ctc. Bonus kuch nahi milta.

I received 39 % for c3B with 100% rto

Most Employee who are ITA grade having higher salary as compared to C3A grade employee and getting 100 percent variable, so my suggestion is variable must be based on salary bracket structure not grade wise
