Quarterly Bonus Deduction for RTO Non Compliance

Can everyone please suggest if the Quarterly Bonus is actually deducted due to RTO Non Compliance?? Especially for Grade at or below C1

Yes , they deducted mine 3k in previous quarter >>>not met with 85%
