Quarell with Neighbour / opposite tenant

Hey Peeps!

How many of you have quarell with neighbours or opposite tenants? I am facing one for the first time in my life. My parents doesn't bother but i am scared and have anxiety over thinking on the issue. Please suggest as we are IT professional i am scared that its affecting me a lot.

It's not worth the trouble mate, just avoid. There are so many things to worry about, try not to add unnecessary things.
