Read in news that firms like gavitron is paying 60L base, while this season Jane street took few students from IITK for 4cr in hong kong region.

What about midsize firms like squarepoint capital, madison cube ?

Top quant firms be paying 40-50l base + 50-100% of that as yearly bonus.
Look up list of top quant firms. Pay Wise i have seen people quoting the H1B salary data that needs to be disclosed to us govt to find best firms but that doesn't mean much when bonuses can be huge.
