Recently my role got changed to Quality Engineering Analyst from Test Analyst. What is the difference between these 2 roles and how much I will got hike.

It's just a Designation change. Seemed unnecessary to me.

Technical both are same (JL4). It's just that IVS unit got renamed to IQE so they are renaming the roles.

No hike since it's not a promotion.
