Qualcomm Work Culture in Bengaluru Campus

Hey guys, recently my friend got an offer from Qualcomm. The CTC is pretty good, well above 18 LPA. He's wondering if the work culture is bad or toxic. Any ideas anyone ? He got an offer to work in Bangalore campus.
