Trending @Wipro; QPLI at 80% and No MSI this year
No official bite from Saurav Govil but Bonus or QPLI for Q4 (FY 2024-25) will be given at 80% and there is no MSI this year. Top deck of WITCH had a alignment call last week. It's highly likely that Wipro is not going to roll out any MSI this year.
When is the QPLI given and what's mai. I've recently so not aware of this term
Dude really don't know under what circumstances you joined this fucked up organization, since you have joined then let me give you my piece of advice, don't expect any bonus and msi , this year and next year, instead focus of how you can switch from here on.

Like in some of the previous years, MSI will be given to only people with 5 star rating and might include bond also. Top talent has to be rewarded otherwise they will leave. Rest of Wipro has to bear without MSI
Those who are getting offers outside ,are anyways leaving , it's no brainer.
There are abundant of openings outside for 2-15 years exp level , if you have luck on your side then better to jump and join any gcc.
Most absurd thing is this D1 and above are excluded from this and mind you there 1000+ employees in this band and they are already receiving good perks, esops and what not.
These days these org has a best excuse of not rolling out MSI's in the name of economy slowdown and blah blah reasons... And variable payment is scam... It's upto them even whether give this variable pay or not.. Learn from mistakes and course correct..
