If my project gets over and I am unbilled for a certain period of time(maybe two weeks or one month), then my quarterly bonus will be effected?

Yes.. considering 2 months billable and and 1 non billable,it will be approx 2/3 of the qplc

Yes .. if you are not billable for a month qplc will deduct as per no of days
