QA lead job switch

Hello

I am a senior QA in my organization and there has been no actual growth for me for the past 2-3 years.

I am thinking of switching but not really getting good opportunities out there. For starters how can I go ahead with a job search/switch.

YOE: 15 Role: QA Lead (limited automation testing experience) But I have worked at PM level.
