Stupid people don't wanna promote hardworking employees.. Previous year-2023 for all quarters they promoted to associates- those who were in bench continuously for 2 years. From 2024-Q1 to Q2 Manager could directly nominate for promotion For Q3 Quarter they promoted 5 Rating first & 4 ratings next.. Idiots are not speaking anything for Q4 quarter people..HR->PM->Lead-> HR that's how they are dodging when questioned Unlucky Q4 people upskill and leave this shit company..CEO will surely drown us all with his hikes, promotion.
Put the same thing on fishbowl Top management should notice
If possible should create a fake linkedin profile and directly comment on their official page
Yeah they are not promoting hardworking employees, I even got 4 rating in 2024 and I was supposed to be promoted in Q2 2024 from PA to A. Every quarter they are not promoting and saying that we will consider your promotion in next quarter. It's almost going to be a year now wait for promotion. cognizant management under current leadership is pathetic!!
Sorry you’re going through it. I’m in the same boat 😔 slogging in spite of several personal traumas and struggles. Got 5 rating past two years, excellent feedback from client. Been doing a lot for the home team at Cognizant, spending weekends and holidays working. No promotion. They keep saying there’s some quota system or whatever. I have been applying to jobs outside with no luck. I have given up on all hope. Nothing about promotions is fair here.
