Hi Managers/Hrs any update on q3 promotion PA to A I completed my 2 years in cognizant on 7th july I was working in project from past 1 year which is billiable now currently I am on bench ( from 11july 2024)

My questions

1. I will be eligible for promotion or not
2. If eligible when I will be promoted
