Had a talk with my account AD. He mentioned Q3 promotion criteria is still not out. The list of eligible employees will be shared in the first 2 weeks of September.
Possible eligibility criteria -
- RTO
- Completion of mandatory training courses
- Development plan completion >60%
- Project billability 75%
I connected with HR and he said Q3 eligible list is already shared with manager. I already completed my 30 months on 9th August. HR said you can expect promotion in Q4 once eligible list is shared with BU
Do you know if data will be considered till end of August month? Like for RTO 3 months, meaning June-August, for Utilisation 6 months like March-August like this?
Surely RTO office a certain period will be considered but the exact duration of the period is still not decided or informed to the Managers or ADs

The list is prepared based on prior data. Can't confirm it but the list is supposed to be composed of candidates that have already been eligible for a few weeks or are gonna be eligible for q3
