Am going to get complete 36months by June Month Having 3rating Learning goals and utilization all are good for eligibiltiy criteria for promotion
But i started work from Ofc 3 per days week from march
Maintained RTO for March april and May month….
Are they consider my promotion or need to wait one more quarter?
Here Main thing is My nanager told me as he nominated me for Q2 promotions!!!!!
Can i be promoting or not?

Same happened for me
Manager said you are name in the list and nominated you for Q2 promotion
Now HR will decide like that he said
If manager nominated then sure we will promote right ?
