My DOJ is June 30th 2022
Q4-2024 Q1-2025 promotions are missed due to not following RTO
From March month am following 3days per week
Due to cost cutting in projects..my colleagues are released ..what if i will release on June 30th?
Can i get promotion in July (Q2 promotion)
Or due to released from project on June 30th (will not get promotion in Q2)
Cab anyone read clearly and give any appropriate ans....

I guess yes, because the promotion nomination will open after 20th June and till 25th you will be nominated. So if you got selected for promotion then definitely you will get, no worries about your project release date.
