People promoted to A during Q1. Please let us know when did the nominations started for you guys and when was that informed by HM? So that we who are eligible for promotions in Q2 can have a rough idea?

The promotion took place in April, the nomination startes on march 10-15 and ended on 26th March. But most people got promoted automatically.
