I got call from hcm and they said like you are not eligible for promotion since you are not completed 30 months - I have joined july 2022, and completed 33 months when he check the go perform its showing 27.5 months - they are calculating the months only for how many months you have worked in a project and excluded pdp bench months.
Can anyone faced samy issue?
And bro there is no such guidelines to eliminate bench period in the criteria they mentioned .. and q-1 also not started.. how ur hcm told like this we are not sure
I joined on Aug 2022 and was allocated to client project on feb 2023. Before that i was allocated as trainee in internal projects.So should i calculate from feb?
That 27.5 months is from July 2022 to October 31 2024 ( YER EnD Date) Don't get confused it's bullshit
