Trending @Cognizant; Q1 promotion delayed till q4 for this year

In my odc one of my friends manager told them. Cognizant is going to do associate promotion for q4 for last year for those who completed 30 months before jan 1st 2025. Then they will stop the promotion till Q3. I am not sure this is proper information or not. But after seeing cognizant delaying q1 promotion I can feel the same. Any one knows any info about Q1 promotion please let us know. Please dont answer by assuming.
