Q1 Promotion 2024 info

Hi All.....if anyone has update on Q1 promotion. I am here looking for C2 to C3 A promotion. I got update from my manager..its in pending with HR and HR told corporate approvals are pending. Some told promotion letter will be issued this month end or 1st week of August. If anyone has received promotion mails?? Thanks
