Q1 FY2025 100% QVA for upto C2

The CHRO has said in his note that 100% of QVA will be paid for employees upto C2 grade. Thoughts?

Also, which month will this be paid in? Some confusion here.

QVA will come in July salary, 100% QVA declared by company upto c2 but the payment will be done after WFO deductions

100% up to C2 means, will they provide it for everyone irrespective of WFO attendance percentage?

QVA will be paid in this month end salary.
