PwC vs TCS vs Soprasteria

Hi folks Got offer from below three

PwC CTC-19.83, 15.5LPA fixed, variable is 25 % TCS CTC 19.75, in this Variable is 1,70,000 Sopra 19.75 All fixed no variable

PwC- You know about WLB- Chennai TCS- 5days a week WFO- Hyderabad Sopra - 3 days a week-Chennai

I preferred PwC but TCS is tempting since it gives me all fixed and the location i needed.
