PwC vs Sopra Steria

PwC 19.8 lpa with 25 % variable so on hand-15.5 Sopra 19.75 all fixed no variable.

SAP MM with 5.7 yoe have exp in SD-LE as well.

Help me choose best onein terms of project quality, implementations, cloud exposure, growth and WLB.

Working for prolonged hrs is not a show stopper for me, if i join pwc i can get exposure to new technologies and its useful for my career. But wlb reviews scared me. So not sure if its really that hard to work there.
