PWC vs HCL vs Programming.com
PWC is offering 18 LPA fixed + 1 L joining bonus for Senior java dev. Location: Gurgaon DOJ: 20th March
HCL: 11.5 LPA with 10% variable for Technical lead Location: Noida DOJ: 24th March
Prog.com 15 LPA fixed WFH DOJ: 18th March
Currently working in TCS with 8 LPA I have 5+ years of total experience. How to negotiate?
Choose Prog.com. try to negotiate for 18, if not ask for joining bonus. If not, ask for good ESOPs, if still not take 15 only and do wfh
But isn't prog.com a smaller company than PWC? I have seen so many negative and unethical comments regarding prog.com on glassdoor. Also I need to stay in Noida so coming back to my hometown is not a option for me.
Go for pwc simple.. and ask to switch your location from gurugram to noida
18LPA wont look that lucrative when you calculate taxes and living expenses in Gurgaon.
15LPA will leave more money in ur hands in the end of the day imo
I want to work for Big4 for atleast a year then switch to pbc, how to increase my PWC offer using all this and probably EY offer is also coming
