PwC SDC vs FIS ??

Hey Folks,

From past 2 years i am working with PwC SDC Bangalore and I got an offer from FIS Gurgaon.

I need your hell to understand which company is best for future growth.

Please have a look to below points also.

PwC -

CTC - 16 LPA (14 fix , 1 performance bonus) Leaves - 42 overall Notice Period - 60 days Medical Insurance - 7 lakh (a part from CTC ) Official Location - Bangalore (far from hometown) Current location - Work from home (currently they offered)

FIS -

CTC - 25 LPA (22 fix , 3 performance bonus) Leaves - 32 overall Notice Period - 75 days Medical Insurance - 5 lakh (a part from CTC) Official Location - Gurgaon (near by hometown) Current location - Work From Home (currently they offered)

*current location doesn’t matter as of now because they both offered work from home. but once office reopen it does matter.
