Trending @Infosys; PwC or Capgemini

Hi folks I got an offer from Capgemini and PwC. The offer from PwC is slightly better in terms of fixed and variable components (+3LPA). I always heard the wlb is toxic in the big 4. Should I consider joining the big 4 or skip it? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks~
