PwC offer delay

Hi all, I have completed my L1, L2 interview and even HR interview as well, I even completed my BG verification via digiverifier (Submitted all the docs) but its been almost 2 months, I haven't received the offer letter yet. When I recently called the HR she told me its under approval with some US team and even she has no idea about the ETA.

Is anybody facing the same issue? If not When did you guys received the ol after all the submission?
