Hello Folks , I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?
