I am 8 YOE and got 16 LPA Base pay CTC is 18.5 LPA. Am I underpaid at PwC?
It really depends on what is/was your CTC on last company, companies usually offer based on CCTC, if hike is/was 50%+ then I would say it is/was decent offer but as per market standards it's on lower end for 8 yeo (should be 20+ ideally)
