PWC India FCCS Job Dilemma

Hi all,

Considering Consultant role in PwC India’s (Not SDC) Oracle EPM practice (FCCS focus). Looking for honest feedback from current/recent folks in the team:

Work-Life Balance: Typical hours? Frequent late nights/weekends? How bad is the pressure during busy periods?

Culture: Team vibe, support for expienced hires, politics/management style? Collaborative or high-pressure sink-or-swim?

Pressure & Deadlines: Utilization targets realistic? Stress levels manageable?

Clients & Projects: Mostly Indian large groups/conglomerates? Any global/MNC exposure (multi-currency, international subs)? Variety in FCCS work (design/implementation vs. support)? Client-facing interaction level for Associates/Senior Associates?
