PWC giving me 26 percent hike during recruitment

Hi friends

I have 13 plus years of experience and am currently working on another big 4 for 4 years as sap sd manager. I am negotiating with pwc who is only giving 26per hike on my current fixed. No talk about variables and bands etc. How good or bad is the offer?
