Hello guys,
I had applied for an opening at PwC and noticed that the application status stands "Under Review" for an incredibly long time(maybe 3-4 months). Can anyone explain why they do this? Will they consider my profile in the near future and not immediately??

Similar thing happened with 2 of my friends recently, reached out to HR, they mentioned it is under review, will get back to you, they never did
