PwC Application Status - Application Received

Hello guys, I interviewed with PwC about a week ago(1st round) and I see my application status on the portal says "Application Received". Do i continue to wait for the HR to revert back on the results?(If yes, how long do they usually take?), or consider this a rejection? Please advise:) thanks y'all!
