PwC AC vs Deloitte India – Which Offer Should I Pick for GenAI/LLMOps Role?
I have 4 years of experience, including 3 years as a GenAI & LLMOps engineer. I currently hold 6 Microsoft certifications and have experience in architecture design and team leadership.
I have two offers:
PwC AC – 17.625 LPA fixed + 47K medical allowance (18.12 LPA total)
Deloitte India – They agreed to 15 LPA fixed before pwc offer, but I want to counter.
Considering career growth, learning opportunities, and compensation, which one would be the better choice? Also, what’s a fair counteroffer I can place with Deloitte?
Both too low,but PWC better in all parameters than Deloitte.
But somebody is saying that, in pwc work pressure is high (pressure cooker)
Deloitte, please don't pick PwC at all. I worked in both the companies, PwC is the worst ka worst

Deloitte India is awful. Deloitte USI is far better. Go for PwC.
