Pwc AC Vs Barclays

I do have offers from PWC AC (Bangalore) offering 10.5 LPA with 1 lakh joining bonus and Barclays (Pune) offering 10LPA. Currently working as Technology Risk Analyst at EY GDS with 2.5 YOE working at Kerala. Which company’s offer should i go with for better career development and growth including wlb. What are the pros and cons of both.

Also, please do help me with suggestion of which company should i join if i want to move into UAE after 2 years?
