Pwc AC vs Accenture

Hi Folks,

I need your advice on choosing between PwC AC and Accenture. Accenture is offering ₹19.5 L fixed + ₹5.26 L variable = ₹24.76 L CTC, with a hometown location. PwC AC is offering ₹23.5 L fixed (no variable pay), based out of Mumbai, and I would need to travel to Mumbai twice a month. I’ve heard mixed feedback: Accenture often does not pay the full variable component. PwC AC is known to have work–life balance challenges. Considering compensation certainty, location, travel, and work–life balance, I’d really appreciate your suggestions on which option would be better.
