Pwc AC Independence clearance

My joining date at PwC is November 25th, and I currently hold an ELSS mutual fund, which isn’t allowed under PwC’s independence policy. A friend informed me that PwC may cancel my joining since I can’t redeem this fund due to the 3-year lock-in period.

Now what will Pwc do?
