PwC AC - Bonus Payout for Senior Associate

Hello All, I have received an offer recently from PwC AC. In the offer letter, there is no mention of variable payout percentage and payout time.

Can PwC guys please help me here?

What is the variable pay percentage for Senior Associate?
When does PwC pay variable pay? If I join in May this month, will I be eligible for this year's pay?

There is no variable pay in PwC .You will get Bonus(not part of CTC)in the month of Sep-Oct'25 .could be between 5-8%
