Put on PIP due to Personal Targetting

I was having a rift with my manager at Walmart. She put me on PIP because I was not available on the days I was on leave. I had approved applied leaves on the days she quoted for PIP. Now culture has became too toxic and too much micromanagement is happening.

I need help from community. I need referral in good companies so that I can come out of this situation safely.
