Hello, Today I had meeting with my HR, and they told me I've been put on pip for 30days.
But my people lead is telling like don't worry I was there to help, no need to worry for this time like this she is telling? What should I do now any idea ?
Yes if pl and manager is telling then its fine.
Recently i was in pip ,and yesterday pip last day manager told they are closing it.they are happy.
Take always backup, donct trust.
It's totally on your luck, positive signs from the manager are good signs, but sometimes it might be deceptive, or at the end of the pip, the HR department may force them to give bad reviews, sometimes it's not even in their hands. They will say sorry that we wanted you but HR wasn't ready to retain. So keep this possibility in your mind even if everything looks positive. It will prepare you for any bad situation even if there is a low probability.
