Put down paper but still no offer

I have put down paper 2 months back now 1 month is remaining still I did not received any offer I am confused. I received call from TCS for retation 1month back stating what percentage of hike you require but now no update on that as well What should I do? Now getting release from project as well so will report to RMG should I ask for onsite?
