Trending @Infosys; Put down my papers. What next?
Hi All, I have put down papers without having clear plan of action. What would be something that you would advise to me in this phase.?
Have a discussion with your reporting person regarding your concerns due to which you have initiated separation. I suggest you to withdraw your resignation if you are not holding any offer. These times are not favourable for IT so putting down papers without offer is not a wise decision unless your financial background is strong.
Well to be honest, I have hardly given any interviews till now.. As I have achieved many things with Infosys.. But now I need to move and hence any advise from anyone is much appreciated.. Doesnt matter the role or seniority
2 aspects can be done, if your are interested in advancing your learning into new stack, enroll for training online /offline classes and utilising the notice period in giving interviews and advancing your growth. Do some research over linkdin like checking which skillset certifications are in trend, how many of the people are pursuing, understand which common skills are there in most of the profile in demand with your advancement in particular skill, read Jd openings over other company portals ,List down all the activity one by one .
The other aspect would be you already aware of current inline scope with your current project and growth, if your willing to stay within infy starting applying for IJP, your current manager will only will be able help if you have any dependency within the project, then only he will come back to you .
