Pushed Out, Not Failing — My Truth

After years of dedicated work in my project, I was suddenly rolled off — not for lack of performance, but due to internal politics, micromanagement, and silent sidelining. Small mistakes were magnified, but consistent contributions were ignored. Less experienced individuals were given priority while I was restricted to minor tasks. Despite delivering every responsibility, I received no appreciation. I raised concerns, but instead of support, I was met with silence. The prolonged stress took a toll — I’ve now been diagnosed with diabetes, a direct outcome of this toxic environment. I was never given a fair chance, only judged behind closed doors.
