Hi Folks, Wanted to know about the company culture and CTC they can provide, Not getting enough resources on other sites. I will have interview scheduled soon for MTS role for a 5 YoE, What CTC can be expected? Current is 24 fixed + 30 lakhs stocks.

Ask for a 90% hike or more and equivalent stocks. They will give good starting salary if you just ask for it.
I interviewed with Portworx and asked for 80% hike in base and they accepted. Unfortunately, I didn't clear the last round. There was another candidate who had asked way less than me. So they picked him.

5 day work from office. Not aware of the work culture.
